This Privacy Policy explains how O’Verte SA processes personal data in connection with its website and services. It complements the Terms and Conditions of Services.

2. Personal data processed
Depending on how you use the website and O’Verte’s services, O’Verte may process your first and last name, email address, telephone number, information submitted in an enquiry or quotation request, information relating to items deposited and services requested, supporting documents, photographs submitted in connection with a claim, payment and billing data where applicable, and certain technical data relating to use of the website, such as IP address, browser, device, technical logs and cookie preferences.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed in particular to answer enquiries, prepare and perform services, manage deposits and collections, communicate with customers, process payments and billing, handle claims, prevent abuse and ensure website security, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
4. Contact form
When you use the website contact form, O’Verte receives the information you enter, including your name, email address, telephone number if provided, type of request and message. This data is used to process your enquiry and reply to you.
5. Services, deposits, payments and claims
In connection with a service, O’Verte may process information necessary to identify the order, the items entrusted to it, specific instructions, reservations noted at drop-off, payments and exchanges with the customer. In the event of a claim, O’Verte may also process supporting documents and photographs required to review the case.
6. Cookies and technical data
The website uses cookies and similar technologies required for its operation, as well as a consent-management tool. Certain non-essential cookies may be subject to your choices through the cookie banner. Technical data may also be processed to ensure security, diagnose errors, limit abusive login attempts and improve website operation.
7. Service providers and recipients
O’Verte may use technical service providers where necessary to operate the website or provide a service. The website uses, in particular, WordPress and WooCommerce, security and caching tools, an image optimisation and delivery service (Optimole), and Google Fonts for certain typefaces. When online payment functions are used, data required for payment may be transmitted to the relevant payment providers, including WooPayments and/or Stripe. Data is disclosed to other recipients only where necessary for the service, required by law, or justified for the establishment or defence of legal rights.
8. Processing or transfers abroad
Certain technical service providers may process data from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United States or other countries in which they operate. Where required by applicable law, O’Verte ensures that an appropriate level of protection or recognised safeguards are used.
9. Retention period
O’Verte retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and thereafter for any period required to comply with legal, accounting or contractual obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised when there is no longer a justified reason to retain it.
10. Security
O’Verte implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No information system can, however, guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Within the limits provided by applicable law, you may in particular request information about the processing of your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion where no legitimate reason requires continued retention, object to certain processing, or request delivery of data where the legal conditions are met.

12. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when processing activities, tools used or legal requirements change. The version published on the website is the version in force.
